Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-5 business days. Please allow additional processing time during major sales or holidays. Once an order is placed, we may not be able to accommodate changes; however, if you need assistance, please email us at info@naturesmagicmoments.com with your order details, and we'll do our best to help.

Domestic Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the contiguous United States over $149. After your order is picked up and scanned by our carrier, transit times will vary based on the chosen shipping method and delivery destination. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once a label is created for your order; please note that tracking information may take up to 48-72 hours to update after label creation. Once shipped, tracking and delivery are managed by the carrier, and we cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

Shipping Times

Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery dates may vary, so we recommend planning accordingly. While we strive to ship orders promptly, we have no control over the package once it's handed off to the carrier. Keep in mind that delivery times are based on business days. For example, orders placed on Thursday or Friday with expedited shipping may arrive the following Monday or Tuesday, as carriers typically do not deliver on weekends. International Orders

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and delivery destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost. International transit times are provided at checkout and depend on the destination.

Exchanges & Returns

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return or exchange. To initiate the process, please contact us at info@naturesmagicmoments.com. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@naturesmagicmoments.com.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right. For damaged products, email us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos and a description of the damage. Report any issues before using the product for the first time. For all returns, refunds, or exchanges, you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on certain items, such as fragrance oils, as we cannot verify their integrity once opened. All fragrance oil sales are final. We encourage you to try smaller sample sizes if you're uncertain before committing to larger quantities. Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please note that candles, wax melts, and related products can soften or melt when shipped during warm temperatures. To minimize this risk, we recommend having your order delivered to an air-conditioned location where someone can receive the package promptly. We cannot be held liable for products that melt due to exposure to high temperatures after delivery.

We're unable to cover shipping fees for returns. Discontinued items, clearance items, limited collections/releases, and gift cards are considered final sales and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
